Make sure you are fully compliant with your local (and US) laws. You might also consider preparing a business plan and discussing it with some crypto OTC firm, they might like the idea and want to partner with you.

It's not specifically for crypto users but forex or any trading pair ... simply hosting challenges frequently and giving prize pools

I'm glad to see you here, and I'm one of those who were extremely grateful for everything you shared at OCT. Those were some valuable posts along with Jafo, but he sadly left after the troll.

Now, what the hell happened? You were the last person I expected to be banned there. Why would you ban the number 1 contributor let alone someone who's paid for a membership? Did you at least get a refund?

I've had trouble with the mods there as well. I can say BHW is one exception but mods in general are a bunch of no-life assholes, spending hours of their time while not getting anything in return except for some sad dopamine hit.

I just finished reading it. So, to summarize it. JohnLocke offers nominee services, and you were warning other users that it isn't secure, so there was a conflict of interest. And instead of debating you with facts, he straight up banned you?

By the way, was your warning, in regards to nominees, for those seeking anonymity or for those looking to hide assets from tax authorities?

I explained what are the risks of using nominees, based on case law (Ciban v Citco, Privy Council of 2020 and the classic Royal British Bank v Turquand of 1856) and personal experience.

I will write a detailed reply in the future - I don't like repeating myself and I already explained it in the deleted thread on OCT.
Bottom line is: you don't have any legal remedies against what nominees can do - voluntarily or not.
