Don't be emotional!

Emotions are what drive us so they’re very important but I would say it’s a really good skill if you can control your emotions. For example if someone annoys you, having the ability to recognise the emotion of anger, but to not act on it, is powerful. It will save you from getting into conflicts when there is no need and it will also make you look more powerful if you don’t react in these types of situations.

That’s what I’m working on at the moment; just trying to be in control of all my emotions and choosing whether to act on them rather than being led by them.

I was emotional at 18, today, not so much. A man shouldn't be a cry baby. He needs to get the job done. Usually I don't respect complainers.

Is this @Andrew Tate's alt account?

I follow my principles even before Tate became famous. Emotions are for babies. I remember when I was emotional. People simply destroy you and find happiness in your suffering. I'm a man and I can't let that be. So, I grew some balls over the years and now, I'm like whatever for everyone. A client goes, whatever, girlfriend goes, whatever. I don't resonate with emotions.

This is absolute nonsense toxic masculinity at its most egregious but as long as you're not trying to push it on others, you do you.

I agree, I got completely taken advantage of by dr's and nurses and forced on medication and give different labels because I was emotional, and couldn't control my thinking for a month. No recommendations about thinking as well as I had the previous 20 years, just "sorry your too emotional, take these drugs, and no choice about it, or we keep you locked up in the looney bin!". Leave the crying for funerals, and live your life to the best you can be. Happiness is the only emotion about your life and work you need.

Emotions do not exist to be repressed, but to be understood, transmuted, and mastered.
They are primordial forces of the psyche — consciential energies shaped by millennia of multidimensional experience.

As Hermeticism teaches: “the lower must be governed by the higher.”
Thus, raw emotion must bow to lucid will.

I don't care mate. That shit runs in my DNA, and you can't change it.
So what sets you apart from a dog, from an animal that acts purely on instinct?
It’s our consciousness — that’s the key.
It’s what must learn to govern emotions and desires, and that’s exactly what makes us different.

If you surrender to these forces without reflection, you’re denying the evolutionary process of your own consciousness.
And on that path, you’ll keep going in circles, repeating the same patterns life after life.

People do shit and blame it on you, all of the time. When you see the pattern, you understand that reflecting on your action and talking about it is a waste of time. You only build their ego, thats all. If you do so, you will be constantly trapped in a loop of endless suffering.

Everyone are damaged at some fields in their lives, externally/internally.

Not everyone starts and finish the race from the same positions.

It's normal to have a bunch of different opinions and laws.

Some people are born without limbs. It's hard to argue emotions.

BUT the truth is only one. You won't spot truth if you lock yourself into a pattern of anything.

There is a person here who told he was too emotional, and then decided to do some things in order to counter, and solve the issue.

Now he care not about people around him. It is a clear sign of a weakness he was unable to overcome.

Ego converted weakness into a reality. This is now not the truth, but the fake truth the person lives with.

Mastery means being above the picture. If you play chess, you are not looking from pawn eye perspective.

You are looking the whole board from above. You are above the situation.

And the only way to win is to be calm, collected, without errors.

Loser in chess is the one who make an error. If there is no error, there is no winner.

You can live your life anyhow you wish.

But the moment you realize, you gave someone a smile, by doing a small tiny favor.

That you helped to any living organism. The way of feedback they use to express gratitude.

You realize, life without empathy is wasted, dead life.

Holy shit, happy Wednesday.

Trying to not be emotional rather than
to improve one's emotional management is essentially attempting to evade an issue instead of improving as an individual; something which solves an issue whilst creating other issues

I think that this example works in this context:

Say you're playing football and have a habit of losing the ball by getting out-dribbled by opponents. The solution is to improve on your dribbling skills; it is not to pass the ball immediately when you get it.

You’re looking from the wrong perspective.
Who are “the others”? What they think, what they do — does that truly matter to your evolution? Does it affect you... and if so, why?

The real secret lies in turning your gaze inward, in recognizing your own patterns, your energetic tendencies, your repeated behaviors.
Without self-knowledge, you’ll be tossed around by the currents of others’ energies, confused by thoughts that aren’t even yours.

“As within, so without.”
we learn that true inner shielding comes from lucidity and cosmoethical self-experience.

Only those who haven’t yet learned to listen to the voice of inner silence allow themselves to be shaken by outer turbulence — the awakened consciousness lives beyond ego, beyond appearances.
