I used CryptoPromo to market my token. At first, it looked like things were taking off—there was a real jump in numbers. But after checking deeper, I found out most of it was fake. They used cheap influencers, fake subs, fake views—just fake promotion all around. Nothing real or long-term came from it. Very disappointed.

Where are they based at ? Anyway to take legal action against them ?

That sucks—sorry to hear you went through that. A lot of these promo services talk big but end up using shady tactics just to pump numbers. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to build something legit. Thanks for sharing your experience though—it’s a good heads-up for the rest of us.

CryptoPromo is a total scam, bro! I gave them $7,000 for marketing, and they completely messed me over. I just checked their reviews and noticed they buy fake ones too

CryptoPromo SUCKS!!! I hope you find better ways to promote your token in the future.

There are vids and threads on them how bad there services are... u should have did a small research on them

Always DYOR, but using fake views is a shame 1000%.

I'm also a crypto marketer, and I’m not trying to defend them, but I want to share my experience.
Sometimes I help projects get trending, and even though I put in a lot of effort, not all clients are happy.
For one project, it can bring lots of buys, and for another, not so much.
My main job is to get projects trending, not to guarantee sales.
It’s important to know that results can vary in marketing, BUT if you got some agreement with them and got proofs, why you write it here, while you can open a dispute and get your money back or kick them from BHW.

P.S Checked my dm and found that I offered them my services, but we never worked together.

this happens more often than you’d hope in the crypto world. Some services focus on flashy, short-term metrics instead of building real, lasting engagement, leaving you with nothing substantial. Moving forward ,check for transparency, genuine case studies, and strategies that provides authentic growth.

Don’t let this discourage you. Take it as a lesson learned and you’re now sharper at spotting the difference between hype and real value.

Sorry to hear this - most growth services in our market tend to be really bad or overrated. The flip side of this is that - if you find someone you can trust, you should basically stick to doing business with them constantly rather than trying to find better, cheaper or alternative sources. Wish you all the best.

Official Statement from Crypto Promo

We would like to clarify that the negative activity in this thread appears to be driven by fake users created with the sole purpose of damaging our reputation and harming our business. It’s clear that multiple newly registered accounts are spreading false claims and fabricated information.

Crypto Promo has never scammed anyone.
The claim that someone was “scammed for $10,000” is completely false and illogical — we don’t even offer service packages at that price point. Our business provides legitimate marketing services, mainly through YouTubers, for crypto projects.

Whenever we discover that a project we promoted turned out to be a scam, we immediately remove all associated content. We do not and will never support or knowingly promote scam projects.

We’ve been operating in this space for years with full transparency and many satisfied clients. It’s unfortunate that certain individuals are deliberately trying to damage our business.

Sincerely,
Crypto Promo Team

Yes, they really look like a big scam! After investigating, you notice that all their reviews on different platforms are fake. This is a major scam and an attempt to boost their reputation in an illegal way!

I have tried their services all of the YT views are fake also the subscribers. Not worth it

Ouch! That sucks, sorry for this loss OP.
I never heard of them tho, I hope people will learn from this and be more careful handling crypto trading and stuff.

Edit: not to be mean, but we also just noticed you gotta provide us with proof and not look like one of their competitors.

Damn, sorry to hear that—seems like we had a similar experience. They’re clearly running a shady operation. Fake reviews, fake results, and real losses. More people need to speak up so others don’t fall for it too.

Thanks, I really appreciate that. You're right—it’s frustrating when you're putting in real effort and these services just fake the whole thing. Hopefully, this post helps others avoid the same trap. Stay sharp out there.

U don’t scam u just have all fake views all fake comments everything fake and u lie people same as my clients.
We paid for multiple customers and your videos is shit + no have any results, after I checked more deep in socialblade I found that u totally scam!
U promise high quality influencer marketing by real youtube accounts with over a 100k subs that look legit but all is scam, your creators is Fiverr sellers that u pay them 15$ per video and u buy all youtube accounts and views in cheap smm
Panels, this is shame and everyone need to know about your way! So u are totally scammm!

Thanks, I appreciate that! Lesson learned the hard way, but I’m definitely looking into better, more legit options now. Wishing you success too!

Honestly, this post feels off. No screenshots, no transaction proof, no order ID, not even basic evidence just vague accusations.

You're saying you lost $10K but provide zero detail? That’s a pretty serious claim to make with nothing to back it up.

Not taking sides here, but I’m surprised the forum allows titles like “Scam Alert” without any verification. If we’re going to start calling companies scams, shouldn’t there be at least some proof?

This kind of post can ruin legit businesses, and if it’s not real it makes the whole platform less credible.
All of posts are promoting the named company.
