I have body pain issues when the weather is a bit cloudy. Never noticed the effect of full moon though.

Low pressure does that.
Those with arthritis feel it.
You are too young for it to affect you, and I'd say get more exercise, but I know what kind of exercise you do, and it's tough to top.
