I’m looking for a reliable and long-term virtual assistant to help with the following tasks:
- Review and replace video clips selected by AI on Pictory
- Copy/paste prompts into ChatGPT
- Copy/paste scripts to generate voiceovers using AI tools
- Social media posting
- Other AI-related tasks (no deep AI knowledge or technical skills required)
Requirements:
- Responsible, serious, and punctual — I’ve spent 5 months training and preparing 2 VAs and had to let them go due to poor work ethics. If I’m going to invest in training you, I need you to be truly committed for the long haul.
- Very attentive to detail and able to follow instructions carefully
- Fluent in English (French is a big plus)
- (Optional) Passion for AI
Details:
- Starting at 25 hours/week, with the possibility of increasing to 40 hours/week if the collaboration goes well
- Bonuses for good performance

- Flexible working hours (tasks have deadlines but no fixed daily schedule)
