Notifications aren't arriving again

I think this isn't the first time I have reported it, might be wrong tho...

... but right now I have stopped getting notifications from the disputes section... I used to get them, and I have clicked that "follow" button for the entire subsection.

There are threads opened on Thursday and Friday. I went over my notification history back to Wednesday, and there isn't anything.

Might want to check this out; maybe there is a wider issue, and people are missing more notifications.

Same issue here. I created a thread about it before once but there is another issue. The answer supplied thread closed thing is kind of weird because even if the issue is unresolved, this is done. I think this needs to be rethought too.
 
I seem to be getting the notifications just fine. Atleast DM replies, and likes. Have you tried clicking on the Watch button shown on the top right area of the dispute section? Might solve the issue. Here's a screenshot:

Edit, I see you did. Perhaps try Unwatching and watching it again.

i've got all notifications and new posts in HAF enable

That's a logical solution, but it won't solve the problem if I miss notifications from other places too, since I can't remember to go over every subsection and thread to reclick it.
 
I just went to follow the subsection again and I think the design/layout has recently changed when subbing to sections?

It didn't look like that a while ago... this screen below seems to be a new update/design... maybe that's the reason why it stopped working?

Sorry for arriving late on this one. The board software has a little quirk where it'll stop sending notifications if you haven't interacted with the content you're watching for awhile.

For example, if you're watching a thread and haven't gone to it, after awhile you just stop getting notifications. The same goes for the different sections on the forum.
 
Adding to this, Forum Suggestions & Feedback threads were opened here and here - presumably these are the ones you're referring to Deleted member 1603965? There was significant engagement in the latter, and the thread was kept open until the discussion reached an end.

When it's felt a resolution has been reached and the benefit of keeping a thread open has stopped, these threads are closed with the recommendation to Contact Support if there are further queries. Additional help is always available.

@INCC - is the problem you're experiencing the same as you mentioned here? Feedback was provided here, and as mentioned, you are very welcome to Contact Support so we can investigate further.
