Looking for money making methods as a medical student.

Hey guys.
I’m a medical student, looking to make a little money on the side, preferably with less time/investment. I totally understand that you need to invest a lot of time and money to see results, but I just wanted to ask if anybody has any methods. Btw, i live in a third world country. I’m kind of tech savvy, but dont have that many tech skills. Tried fiverr, didnt work for me.

Most website owners pay in paypal (not available), and bank transfers are weird (in the sense that, international bank transfers are a bit too regulated here lol).

I was looking for methods where I can earn crypto, primarily.

next its choose a mediacal affiliate offer and for this you can use affiliate offers like clickbank ,digistore etc o ask google to help you by typing : your niche + affiliate offers
Next you start create content on social media by creating short videos with tips advices etc .
Every video you create you upload on instagram ,tiktok ,pinterest ,x ,fb reels etc .You want to have your affiliate link or website in the bio of the social media platforms .If you create helpful content people will check your link and buy from you

hardly any outstanding skills + no real full time exposure (you are a studying student) + find a job getting paid in crypto = guaranteed you'll get scammed before you ever make a single penny. The only way you should look to make any money if your sensible, and want to avoid wasting time, take what you learn from your studies, package it up into cheap study material booklets, and sell them for crypto through a digital platform that offers that kind of thing.

Unfortunately anything really worth doing takes time, and before it becomes “passive” you’re most likely going to need to spend heaps amounts of time to take it to that level.

Personally I started with programming/developing and took it from there, takes years to master but there’s always a huge demand for skilled devs.

Fiverr didn’t work for you because you didn’t follow the right strategy. A lot of people are making money on Fiverr right now because they understand how the algorithm works - including me. You can't just create a gig and expect orders to come in. I can teach you how to properly launch a gig and start earning in your first month.
