I am planning to start a local offline buisness. Main city targets my city but i want to expend to other cities.
So i am trying to make something like city.domain.com can this subdomains rank or should i buy for every city a new domain ?

Sub-domain inherits little from the main domain.

You would be better off doing folders: domain.com/city/
Well the issue is i need for every city another number , so on header always will be the same number. Iam still thinking how i will solve this .
The number will redirected to a partner who will get the orders .

That's a small technical issue that should not be deciding factor for this.

You can display different header content based on what page is loaded.

For example, if you use WordPress, you can use conditional tags or page templates.

Thanks! Sounds like a good idea. Didnt know that. I am worried maybe some people will go to the main-page and see another number and maybe call that instead the number of their city :D

You don't intentionally rank the main page... your goal is to rank the inner pages.

Well the main page will target the main city where i live , most competitors are ranking the main page (germany)
The main page should be smattered with other cities in the content with links to their pages on your site.

I'd be happy to spend sometime giving you specific advice if you want, and for free of course, or you may want to hire someone like @tiberius to get some professional guidance.

Most likely, you should follow what your competitors are doing—focus on a technical solution that shows different phone numbers for different cities on a single page. Just make sure it doesn’t confuse users or hurt your conversion rate.

But don’t create separate domains or pages for each city. That could confuse Google and be seen as duplicate content.
