If dispute is motion, members who have dispute, should not communicate with each other via telegram or any other means but BHW ONLY.

Otherwise, it can create a troublesome situation, where for example TG messages can be deleted, edited, misrepresented and etc.

If one party violates the rule, that party will receive a warning. If both parties violate the rule, each will receive a warning.

I won't accept TG communication once the dispute is started.

I'll see about making that official in the ToS, though.
