[Journey] Building an iOS & Android App Empire

I invested $50 into boosting two KWs.
According to the keyapp dashboard one smaller one went from 30 to 3 and the larger one went from 200 to 70.

However I am not seeing any increase of impressions or product page views.
Before investing more, is there a way for me to verify the app actually ranks on those spots they claim?

Yes, create a US Apple ID and check the US App Store for the specific keyword

I think your plan is good. Focus on quality apps, not just easy ones. It's great that you want to provide users with useful and meaningful apps. It's good to hear that you're not just in it for the money, but to build something sustainable. It's important to stay ahead of the competition in the mobile app industry. Good job on monetizing your apps so far. Keep learning and improving. Best of luck on your app journey.

I think I will take some time out to go through this comprehensive journey. Anyway, good luck OP!

key takeaways:

- google is shit
- dont deal with google
- apple is better
- i wasted a shit ton of time on dealing with google
- i never failed because i simply never stopped trying

I think newbies looking for $100 USD per day method should probably take a printout of this sentence. Not kidding. Nice pointers mate. Thanks a tonne for the same.
Thank you. The worst thing is when people try to do a method, don't see results and then just move on to the next method, then the next one, etc.

US Apple ID, because then you access the US App Store
The ranking is different, it seems it is because they use iPhones but I need to rank for iPads. KeyApp does not offer installs with iPads. Do you know about a service that offers keyword installs with iPads?

Thank you for this thread. I'm currently learning about this. I have two ideas to design an apps. So as your thread my friend Google play store isn;t a good place to go for, but App store is.

So I'm not a heavy code person but I'm trying my best while working towards with my other goals to become a app maker with this two ideas I have.

one is a mobile game, and other one is finance based calculation apps.

I'm getting help from chatgpt to build these in Flutter.

Is this a good approach as you think?

Yes, good approach. Consider using Claude.ai and also Google Gemini Pro 2.5. They are good for coding. Grok is good as well.

Thank you so much for the reply @nakamura .

Claude.ai
This is only for USA people. correct?
Google Gemini Pro 2.5

I'll look into this.

Are you working with Flutter as well? Are there any other platforms, in your experience, that can help build apps using AI? These days, what we draw on paper can be brought to life with the help of AI.

What about the number of users?

Oh I see. I am not sure, I never specifally targeted iPad. 98% of my users use iPhone. If you only focus on iPad you will miss out on a lot of traffic
Thank you so much for the reply @nakamura .

Currently I am only doing SwiftUI (iOS). I found Flutter also good, but the huge problem is they keep changing and updating and every time I make an update, I have to change so much code. Its too time consuming. Suddenly it says: Package X depends on version of Package Y. Then I update this package, then it gives me 4 more errors, etc. With SwiftUI I don't have this problem.

About only for US people? I don't know. I am not American, I am not in the US, so you have to check whether it is available for your country.
What about the number of users?
In total so far since I started this thread?

Thank you very much for the reply, brother. I got it. I’ll also look into SwiftUI. I'm studying Flutter development because GPT said it's easier to handle both iOS and Android publishing using a single platform. What I’m planning to do is build as much as I can using AI knowledge, then bring in a partner (an app developer) as a shareholder in the app publishing company. Together, we can create more apps based on new ideas or remake existing ones in a much better way.

What could possibly make me more money? If I spend 1-2 months updating my old app and making it fantastic. Or making 10 apps in 1-2 months and one of them might be a success? In a long enough time frame, I can only make more and more money. It is impossible to fail.

Ok here I see what you are saying but once you publish the app you want to stay up-to-date on the competition futures, on the bugs that comes out, on the features implementation that you want to add.
You said in the past that you treat your apps likes a real company and invest and analyze them, doing ASO and test different ASO optimizations, but now the path is different I guess.
