Please, could someone quickly suggest a trick (excluding tools) to get my backlinks indexed within one or two days?

If you have a domain attached to a GSC account already (not the one that the backlinks you need indexing are pointing to!), preferably with healthy indexing and regular spider visits, you can try the redirect method.

Create 301 redirects from your donor domain to the backlink you need indexing, eg yourdonordomain.com/redirect-1 -> thirdpartydomain.com/your-backlink-page
Request indexing of the redirects through your GSC account

Social shares do help a lot given what you sharing gets a lot of eyeballs and even more more shares as a post.

Also, might be unrelated to your question, but do not have this feeling that there is this 'senior' 'junior' dynamic here on the forum.

Most/ a bulk of the people here are good. Have no doubts about that. And even if they have more experience than you, they will surely treat you as an equal.

One quick and effective trick is to internally link the page with the backlink from an already indexed page on your own site.

Yes, this can work, though 'high quality do-follow auto index sites' are few and far between. I also don't like using this method as you are posting all your backlinks in one clump - so you have 1 single 'indexer' page -> several other pages which then all link back to one page. It screams to the spiders 'I'm actively trying to leverage links for my own SEO efforts' and is likely to bite you in the arse sooner or later.
