He scammed me. First he told me it will be $299 for a google local service ads accout, I payed it and he said it will be ready in 12-24h. 24h later he said that he gave me the wrong pricing and I have to pay $150 more, but the account will be ready in 3h, Then I also payed the $150 and like 4h later he told me that it didnt work and I have to pay $100 more. But I told him that thats too much and that he can't raise the price twice. I asked for a refund. He said max 50% refund becasue he worked on it, I asked for proof of work and he sent me a fake screenshot. Later he told me that he will refund 50% but nothing ever arrived. So basically he baited me with a low price, then raised it twice, never delivered anything and doesn't refund. Classic scamming. I can prove it with the chat between him and me
