Yeah somehow , using like free gift cards didnt get good traffic/ it hasnt been viral

True need to stay consistent, but you got traffic kinda fast. Im way used to 2015 , youtube 301 method, got traffic instantly there
This is not a good start. Pinterest don't allow post or promote adult content. U can't get any traffic for 1 pin. You should pin at least 2 months consistently.

There is absolutely nothing you can do with these efforts. The amount of effort you put into your Pinterest campaign will be the same results you get back. If you want to see any form of traffic, you need to sit down and put together a Pinterest campaign. Research keywords, and create a large amount of engaging pins. Schedule those pins, rinse and repeat.

I had pinterest once and made content, new, fresh, relatable to my niche, it is very slow but you will get followers. In the meantime you will see, some people are saving your posts or even liking it. These little things kept motivating me to post more.

You're not getting traffic because Pinterest favors high-quality, engaging content over direct promotional pins, and a single pin isn't enough to generate visibility. Focus on creating multiple eye-catching pins, use SEO-friendly keywords, join group boards, and pin consistently to attract organic traffic.

Dude, Pinterest's onto the whole freebie thing, so that pin probably got shadowbanned. Try posting stuff related to your CPA offer that's actually useful or funny, then casually drop the link in your bio.

Apart from the tips others have given like SEO research…Some tips from my notes (based on a girl that has been doing this for a decade):
- Have several boards named after a keyword
- Upload fresh pins daily
- Pin them to multiple of your boards
- Repin from others (Pinterest loves to see that you are using them, makes the algorithm happy)

You can post copyrighted images because it’s just a place for inspiration. You are not using that image commercially. Just saving it onto a board for inspo
