Hey guys

I currently have few digital products and for each of the product there 3-5 accounts on instagram

I can't hire a person for 1k$ to manage that, it also means less security for the all business.

So how can I manage all these accounts myself? It's going crazy, because I spend more time on other things then marketing, so I don't have that much time to post manually

Automations they don't work for Instagram, we can't use API.

Our goal is to grow Long-Term accounts on instagram, but it seems so hard.

Not only we need to post daily, but also Engage with each account, like answering to comments / be like a real human and not a bot

Guys I really need some lifehack here, because this problem stops the business so much

And we also need 10 accounts sometimes, to validate some ideas... so it seems like 12h a day work to manage that all. How can I do business then? haha

Totally get where you're coming from. Managing that many IG accounts manually feels impossible when you're also trying to build the actual business.
One thing that really helps is setting up separate environments for each account so you don’t get them flagged or linked. Tools like hidemyacc, gologin, or multilogin let you do that. Each profile runs with its own fingerprint, cookies, and proxy, so you can scale without everything looking like it’s from the same person.
For posting, you can still use manual upload tools or human-like schedulers (just avoid API-based bots). And for engagement like comments/DMs, batching 20–30 min a day per group of accounts works better than trying to juggle all of them live.
If you structure it right, you don’t need to be online 12h/day. It’s more about separating accounts well and using the right flow to keep them alive while you test and grow.

Thanks! What success do u have with hidemyacc / gologin etc on your accounts? I mean views per reel

Many people told me that instagram banning these accounts, which don't use real devices.

I'm not sure that I will be running ok instagram in anti detect pc browsers

You should hire a VA to manage these ig accounts, it will be a huge time saver.

A VA would be better than a robot, at least, when it comes to making the interactions look real.
yes, but the cost

Let's say 1h a day -> 200$ a month for 3-4 accounts max

if we want to scale it's 1k$ a month just for posting on 15-20 accounts?? So small and too much to pay

So to be profitable we would need at least 3k$ profits from it, and I'm not sure if it will be, because it's all random

10M views gave us around 500$ lol...

And we can't change the niche, because we love to work here, it's one of our marketing channels

Create reusable content templates so you’re not starting from scratch daily.

Try batching content weekly and using tools like later or etricool to schedule posts. For engagement, hire a part time va. Focus on systems, not more accounts

Instead of spending that much, i think you can get a VA that knows how to use hopper or any scheduling tool, that way you can have lot of post scheduled on all accounts without much stress. You should get a VA that can do this for $250-300 monthly.

Totally feel you, man juggling multiple IG accounts for different products is a massive time sink, especially when you want to grow them long-term and not just look like bots. What’s helped me is batching content weekly using Canva, scheduling posts through Meta’s Creator Studio, and using tools like GoLogin to manage accounts safely. I also set aside just 15–30 mins a day for basic engagement (replying to DMs/comments) instead of trying to do everything perfectly. If you can, even hiring a low-cost VA just for engagement can take a lot off your plate. It’s still a grind, but with some systems in place, it becomes way more manageable.

You need to post in Hire a freelancer section so people that are selling can send their offers MAYBE you find a cheap VA

Looks like a promotion, we already tested these tools, they don't work and in reverse they lowering views

I have a lot of VA's for 3-5$/h, are they cheaper on BHW?

Do u have prove that scheduling tools are working ?

We've tested it and they don't

Same content, real device manual posting vs scheduling via tool -> 2k views vs 0 views

Have you tried posting manually through creator studio fb & ig is still your best bet IMHO

Totally hear you managing multiple IG accounts solo is intense. What’s worked for me:
• Batch content creation weekly
• Use Meta Business Suite (official + safe) to schedule posts
• Set fixed time blocks for engagement (20–30 mins per product)
• Use saved replies for faster DMs/comments
• Validate new ideas on 1–2 accounts first, not all at once
