Please any idea how I can create longer videos for a faceless pet channel.. I don’t own a pet by the way..

If you have parks nearby, you can interview people that have pets.

Ask about the breed, how the pet relates to the breed characteristics, ask about the pet's daily activities, what toys it likes, what games it likes to play...

People love to talk about their pets and you should get some decent content that way.

Keep the camera on the pet while you talk to the owner.

Sounds interesting tho..
The thing is I have an acc I was able to build using shorts, pet videos, but I couldn’t stay consistent for long because the channel is for shorts and would take long to monetize, so I’m trying to switch to post longer videos

I'd say consistency is the main factor for the long run and to get good profit, even you do shorts or long form content. If you're not willing to stay consistent, then this is -mostly- not for you.
As for the pet interviews, I think it's really interesting. A sarcastic, witty conversations and questions mixed with footage of the pet's reactions, edited in way making it fun enough and engaging; guess that would work well.

I wanted to be consistent for the short, but the highest view I got for my video was 21k, and it’s a short of 18 secs or so.. so keeping the momentum, I knew monetizing would take even up to a year, which I need some research on shorts the earnings re very poor

As for the pet interviews, I think it's really interesting. A sarcastic, witty conversations and questions mixed with footage of the pet's reactions, edited in way making it fun enough and engaging; guess that would work well.

That is a great idea and would attract visitors and keep them watching, not only one, but several of your videos I bet.

Commentary videos can be done without showing face or some compilation of funny pet videos with modifications or twists.
