With all the updates to Facebook's platform, what are the best ways to monetize it now?

  • Is Facebook still good for affiliate marketing or dropshipping?
  • How effective is Facebook Reels monetization?
  • Can you still earn from groups, pages, or Marketplace?
  • Any new strategies working well this year?

Looking for real methods that still work!

Facebook Reels still makes good money if you have viral content, especially in Tier 1 markets.
Affiliate marketing & dropshipping still work if you use Pages, Groups or Stories to drive traffic.
Facebook Groups can make money by linking, selling shoutouts or building an email list from members.

1. Yes, 100%.
2. Hard to tell, still an effective place.
3. Yeah, one way another.
4. Same every years. The different is from specific techniques.

Make money with reels monetization and provide premium content in exclusive paid groups.

Monetisation is still good overall on Facebook, methods and approach has shifted of course.
1. Yeah, Facebook is still good for that sort of thing if a little more difficult than before. Needs the right warmup, ads are stricter, etc.
2. Reel monetisation is fine if meet eligibility req. Though wasn't it set to or have changed or something this year with the new "Facebook Content Monetization" thing? Needs further review on this point.
3. Still some good potential on those, I'd say. Groups for promotions, Pages for building your brand, Marketplace for marketplace things.
4. Some new strats have cropped up or revamped. Particularly short-form Reels + link-in-bio is sees better reach and conversions. Depends on niche though and might be recency bias on my part. Feels like it's getting a good push lately though.

Bonus earnings are very nice but I don't know how to open the bonus money earning option

A lot of facebook groups are jumping into affiliate marketing lately, it's also a great way to promote your sites.

2. Dropshipping on Facebook
3. Facebook Reels Monetization
4. Monetizing Facebook Groups
5. Monetizing Facebook Pages
6. Monetizing Facebook Marketplace
7. New Strategies and Trends in 2025

Affiliate marketing, Reels, and Facebook groups are all very promising. With the increasing development of Facebook's AI, content moderation will be stricter than in the past.

- affiliate marketing with dropshipping is still effective.

- use link attachments on your pages to earn commission
- Facebook reels are quite good and effective if your videos are good and attract audiences.

the above options are all feasible and effective at the present time

Advertising is still a very good solution at this point.

Reels are still a gold mine if the content is engaging enough. Niche groups, review pages or tips sharing pages still generate sales if built correctly. Offers like Nutra, Edu or App still do well – the important thing is the angle + implementation.

1.Affiliate Marketing & Dropshipping: Still effective if you have a strategy and build trust. Dropshipping on Marketplace (US shipping restrictions, global needs trusted suppliers).
2.Short video content (Reels): Reels are being prioritized by Facebook and have great reach potential. Monetization through ads in Reels (In-stream Ads on Reels) is still an option, however, this program will end on August 31, 2025.
3.Groups/Pages/Marketplace: Still works in many ways (sales, advertising, membership fees...).
4.Need to be flexible, create valuable content and combine many specific technical methods.

Despite the difficulties, I think FB is still the top attraction platform right now, it's just that the Meta algorithms are constantly changing and we need to adapt to it.

There are a lot of groups on Facebook that are into affiliate marketing, Reels and Facebook groups are both very promising.

Facebook Groups and Links still work extremely well. Facebook Reels still make a lot of money if you have viral content

Using Facebook to do affiliate marketing and run ads is still an effective channel. You can build satellite channels, create content, attract views and traffic from reels. You should take advantage of Facebook reels to increase traffic and followers.
