I saw many accs upload a lot of reels in a day. I think it will lead to shadowbox but some acts looks no problem. How many reels can I post in a day without a problem?

You can up to 5 reels in a day but it's important to calm with posting lot reals In a day for your account not to get restricted or shadow ban

I think it depends on how established the account is. Maybe aim to post around 2-5 Reels a day. If you’re posting more frequently, it might help to mix up the content and keep it engaging.

From what I know there is actually no strict limit set by Instagram as far as the number of reels you can post in a day.
But, for new Instagram accounts, go easy starting with 3 to 4 reels per week and as your Instagram account grows, increase the pace gradually and when you feel your Instagram account is an established account, then I have seen such Instagram accounts post over 50 reels daily.

actually you can post as many reels as you want, but I will recommend 3-5 reels/day. The most important thing is that you reels must be interesting and make users want to engage with. Or you can create multiple different Instagram accounts (use antidetect browser and residential proxy) and post reels on these multiple accounts.

I would hang around the numbers 2-3 and then increase the rate after a time has passed.

I agree with that, it's more safe to start with the number of 2-3 or max 4, and then increase it gradually.

You can post 3-5 reels a day without any issues, but posting too much might cause problems.

We aim for 2-3 quality reels a day instead of spamming. This is usually the right approach to ensure organic, high quality growth.

Posting 3-5 reels a day is fine, but it's important to keep the content engaging.

i've tried schedul 10 posts per day, still doing fine

What if you do 2-3 a day and you have limited engagement, this should clearly hurt your approach right?

3 reels a week + 1 carousel a week is what Instagram inhouse experts recommends as a good sustainable ratio for long term success.

Instagram allows users to post as many Reels as they want per day. However, it's important to note that posting excessive content in a short time might affect your engagement rate. The key to success with Reels is consistency, creativity, and timing rather than overposting. If you're focusing on quality over quantity, you'll see better results in the long term. Just make sure to follow Instagram's community guidelines to avoid any account restrictions.

3-4 reels a day would be the preferred number of posts but one suggestion would be to make it look natural. make it look like youre a regular user so that you wont be flagged by instagram

There's no fixed safe number. For new accounts, I typically keep it at 3 videos per day and closely monitor reach and engagement; established, older pages can handle more if the content is good. The issue isn't just the quantity, but also sudden spikes, reused content, or low engagement signals
