See, there is no official daily limit on the number of reels one can post in a day. However, the safe or optimal is 1 to 2 reels a day. Also bear in mind that posting low-quality content in high volumes can cause "anger" to the algorithm and cut your reach ... You do not want that to happen !!!

3-4 to begin with. The real question is, how many you can create per day? A real, viral worthy reel can take weeks if not days to make. If you are planning arbitrage then that's a different story

I suggest you to post 3 to 5 reels in a day. The reason is that it makes your posting organic and natural. It not necessary to post a quantity of content, the matter is what is the quality of your content because quality matters a lot. So focus on good quality content not posting a quantity of content. This will attract people and increase engagement and gives you excellent reach. People automatically will took interest in your content and stick around it.

From my experience, posting 2–5 reels a day is generally safe and doesn’t usually trigger any issues. Some accounts do post more, but it really depends on the account history, engagement, and if the content looks spammy or repetitive. If your account is newer, it’s better to start with fewer posts and space them out instead of uploading many at once.
If your Meta account is still new, it’s usually better to keep it light around 1 -2 reels a day . Once the account starts growing, you can increase it to 2-3 Reels daily.
