youtube adsense rejected

I was getting rejected by adsense , not by YouTube. I don't know exactly the reason but I closed my adsense account and made a new one with other email and get accepted.

all content is faceless and ai made , so there are not copyright issues. its about stories ( horror, love , facts etc etc)

I just make pictures with ai , then animate them. Voiceover is also made with ai. But i actually edit the video after. I am not generating long form video with a prompt xD

with 500 you apply for youtube partner , and you can make member videos etc. 1000 subs need to put ads to videos.
