What do you think, can SEO ever end? I would like to know your opinion. In my opinion, SEO can never end, but it can definitely evolve and change over time. The reason I say this is because there's a very big reason behind it — SEO plays a major role as long as search engines exist, and as long as they exist, optimization will always be needed.

SEO can never end, but it evolves, and strategies have changed with time. It's all about testing, testing, and testing. An essential road map includes content, keywords, on-page and off-page SEO, speed optimization, technical SEO, off-page SEO, brand management, and social media.

After all of this, you need to create a specific strategy by studying your competitors, and that's the final round to play the game of ranking.

If you ranked your keywords, then CTR manipulation arrived to compete in the top 3 results. So, it's all about custom strategy after everything essential is applied and fixed.

I believe things won't significantly change in the near future, but SEO strategies will need to continuously adapt to Google's updates. At first, it will be by providing personalized, high-quality content that offers real value to users.

I think seo will be around for a long time. It will be required for as long as search engines exist to filter information.

Although AI is clearly going to shake up information retrieval I believe there will still be a demand for retrieving specifics from their source using a search engine.

Its always changing and people modify their methods to beat seo. But, with AI coming, i have doubt whats the life of people using search engines.

Thing with SEO is that its like a hundreds masks business.
Most people (me included), have been focusing in just one mask for too long that forgot about the other hundreds
And still, I'm reading countless posts of one of such masks that has died, and still to blind to see it.
In SEO, masks die every couple of months.

Do you want an example of a mask?
Try to rank niches profiting AdSense or affiliate links. You will cry like a baby. Because that mask has died.

But new masks are arising. And not many people are aware of. I would say than less that 10% of the SEO "pros" are aware, and prob only a 1% are getting a grasp of this.

This is why people claim that SEO has died, and people that think that SEO can't die.
SEO masks fall, but not SEO itself.

And there is one single mask that will never die called TDNMF

I agree with you—SEO won’t end, but it will keep evolving. As long as people use search engines to find information, there will always be a need to optimize content. The methods may change with new tech and algorithms, but the core goal, visibility will stay the same.

It can evolve ?
It has been evolving for years.
Any good seo seller knows this . Anyone who is in business for 5-10 years must be a good learner. Without this , he cannot stay relevant in the market.

Friend, your opinion is absolutely right. SEO will never end, but its techniques and applications will change with time. As long as search engines will exist, there will be a need for optimization. So staying updated, creating content with user intent in mind, and following the right techniques will be the keys to survival.

SEO is an ongoing process that evolves constantly, requiring continuous testing and adaptation. While foundational elements include content, keywords, technical optimization, off-page factors, and social media, success ultimately depends on developing custom strategies based on competitor analysis. Once you achieve rankings, you may need techniques like CTR manipulation to compete for top positions.

SEO will likely remain relevant as long as search engines exist to filter the vast amount of online information. Even with AI advancements changing information retrieval, there will still be a need for search engines to help users find specific information from original sources.

SEO continues to evolve as people adapt their strategies, but AI's emergence raises questions about the future of traditional search engine usage. However, people will likely still need ways to find specific information, even as search methods transform.

As long as search engines exist, the attempt to optimize within search engine results, will always be ongoing.
And, search engines such as Google actually monetize on SEO hustles of website owners by ensuring that SERPs keep dancing, so that website owners get "motivated" to go after paid ads on Google. I call this "Google websites deep-massage".

I know SEO ( Search Engine Optimization ) inside out- from keyword research and on page optimization to technical SEO like building and content strategy.

SEO is all about adapting new tech and strategies to get most results. Like we can get content in sec from AI and can rephrase it to make it human written,. Can do keyword research, content research etc
