I am not using proxies but am using Quectel EC25s. They are connected over mini pcie via usb into a pi 5.Less-problematic are those working in QMI mode; avoid MBIM mode in Linux.
So: SierraWireless (e.g. EM7455, EM7565, EM7511) and Quectel (e.g. EP06-A, EC25, EM12-G, RM520N-GL).
Their LTE category find yourself.
My use case is that I need to use cloudflare tunnel to access raspi desktop over nomachine.
I am having a problem with these modules - when I am conducting speedtest while connect via nomachine, sometimes it just randomly changes its internal NAT IP from like 192.168.225.30 ---> 192.168.225.36 etc.
Is there any way to force it to use same IP or what is the cause of the resets? Not enough power to the module? It's a problem because I use that IP to dial in via cloudflare warp client
@lucky.sparks Did you buy the zte wd580 yet? any comments?
