well yes, i will make one account on each site with one email and password and after confirming each account will attach them to ping.fm interface.

I heard that backlinks for ping.fm don't work anymore? Something to do with the API. Is that true? Anyways, interesting service and will be ordering soon as it is nice for updates.

Well i think now its easier then before. As ping.fm has started its own url shortening service. Means whatever links you gonna post in your blogs, they will automatically gets converted into ping.fm/xxxxx and saves time with bit.ly and all. As they provide 301 redirect so you wont be any loss for sure. It also have sites that gives some good backlinks like identi.ca,statusnet,Posterous and many more. Well yes, If you have your own software or plugins then ping.fm is there to provide you a unique KEY for each account. It can be seen by www.ping.fm/key

Secondly it helps you to increase your Blog Listings. Instead of solely relying on your primary blog to get ranked, Ping.fm adds at least twenty other possible listings for your blog title.

As you already said..Its also good for updates on social networking sites like twitter,myspace,facebook and all.

Overall i can say that you can use these accounts in your Blogs, Autoblogs ,Websites and it will automatically broadcast your updates to all sites attached in there!!! Will save a lot of time doing that individually!!
