GSA cannot register？？

I need to learn how to use GSA.
My colleague gave me the registered name and Serial. He said there was no error, but when I activated it, it kept showing this. Why is this? I restarted the software and reinstalled it, and it was the same(My English is not very good, I don't know if I expressed it clearly.)

The license is valid for one install only. You and your friend can not run GSA at the same time.

Did he buy it from GSA or from another friend?

Check with GSA support if you are confident the license is legit.
