I was thinking that I might try uploading porn video intro scenes.
ie: The dialog before any clothes come off.

Would I be able to get way with that or will I get censored or even banned?

Yeah, if it's not nudity, explicit involved you get away with it. Study the onlyfam community and see what they post. Generally those are the limits.

On instagram, you can actually post a lot of stuff, but just stay away from showing any Nudity, or any type of content that involves hurting someone or something. Other than that, you should be fine.

I have seen many pages doing that on Instagram and there's no problem so far. Just use very famous actors to attract good engagement on your content.

IG doesn't look to favourably to that sort of thing. Nudity is particularly high on their list that's sure to get you shadowed. Not to say there's no real way around it but even tasteful ones get hit and hit hard. If you're aware of other adult models or content creators on IG, you can check and see what they do and kinda just take best practices.
