Anyone has come across: Did Yandex Webmaster data suddenly disappear?

My Yandex Webmaster account has been in a state of flux since March 12th, and it's even gone. Now see that the keyword tool - wordstat has a reminder "В работе сервиса наблюдаются сбои. Мы знаем о проблеме и скоро все починим." and I cannot get the volume of the keyword on Yandex Wordstat.
Has anyone come across such an issue? Is there any bug in Yandex webmaster now?

Yandex has been experiencing issues lately. If your account is completely gone, it might be a temporary bug or a data refresh issue. Have you tried checking different regions or using a proxy to see if it's account-specific?

I have tried to check with a different proxy but it is the same! Does it mean that my website has been banned?

Hey that's a bummer! Yeah I've seen weird stuff happening with Yandex lately too. Wordstat acting up? Totally normal it seems. If your Webmaster account vanished and Wordstat's throwing error messages I'd bet it's a widespread Yandex glitch. They are probably just having server problems. It is better to check later or try again tomorrow. It's annoying I know! Keep an eye on it and hopefully they'll sort it out soon. You are not alone. I have the same issue.

Not necessarily. If you got the same result using a different proxy, it could just mean the issue is broader on Yandex’s side like a temporary bug or maintenance. I doubt your website is outright banned without a clear reason. Keep checking with different IPs over the next few days and see if the data returns.

Others may have experienced this, and Wordstat itself has warned about it. This is probably a mistake on Yandex's part, not yours. It's even stranger that the webmaster disappeared; it could be a bug or account glitch related to the same outage.

Thanks! But we lost the data in Yandex webmaster also from March 12. At the same time, wordstat also only display the data until March 11. Does it mean that my webmaster account was banned? Additionally, when we check the traffic in GA4, the traffic from Yandex also got lost from March 12. I'm concerned about the quality of the content that's causing the traffic to be lost!

I just saw your thread and logged in to my Yandex account, everything works fine on my end, matter of fact this is a new project/website it was started 2 months ago and Yandex is where i get most of the traffic so far and to be honest haven't had any problems since i started.

Sorry to say but i think this might be on your end (account), i guess you need to wait for other people to confirm it or give you advice on what could've happened and how you can fix it.

Unfortunately, i can't help you with that answer because i don't know it, you have to wait for someone with more knowledge and experience in this field to answer your question.

Recently, I see it works very strangely, they are not normal as before but really have problems.
Your Webmaster account disappears; besides, you receive an error message, it is likely an error from the Yandex server system.
Therefore, you can try to log in again in a few days after the server is stable again, do not try to log in too many times at this time to be considered an abnormal account activity.
