[Scammer Alert!] GameLabXtention

That's what I'm repeatedly suggesting here
This post has 60 comments, several victims and this guy is still here, which is understandable, nobody proved he is a scammer for sure, but due to the highly suspicious activity, he should have his Jr VIP badge revoked (at least temporarily, until further investigation is concluded).

At this point he is aware of this situation and he is potentially DMing a lot of potential victims to try to drain as much as he can from his last victims, before a ban, which seems inevitable to happen sooner than later.

And having a blue badge, he still poses as a reliable seller.

There is nothing to investigate... I'd LOVE to do so if people presented what is required.

Without proof, it could be any number of things so jumping to conclusions is hard to do in good conscience knowing that there might be something else to the situation.

What are you even on about mate? WE have 100 screenshots of the guy SCAMMING! You are dismissing all the evidence because we DIDN'T DM on Blackhat.

Your requirement is complete BS if he's a scammer or not.

You have 10x people saying he is a scammer LOOK at the screenshots but you say but did you DM in Blackhat first. Utterly stupid.

That's better than you saying I'm allowing scammers to scam people on the platform. You are at least not calling me out but the rule.

It seems my dispute was not approved even tho we all know the person is a Scammer - @BassTrackerBoats This is clearly a flaw on your site. Just because we don't start the PM on Blackhat you allow a person to scam people on your platform. This is crazy.

Yeah, shame the rules on BlackHat support Scammers.
Funny how you blame BHW for not taking action but haven't considered talking to someone from TG at all.
Obviously they aren't gonna do anything, but you won't hold it against them, right?
As far as I see, TG has a lot more with this scam than BHW.

You can't talk to people off forum and expect the staff to go out of their way to help you.

saying I'm allowing scammers to scam

Just scrolled through this - sadly scamming scam scam activities going on, OP: BHW Mods are not the Scam-Officers of the world wide web, even if he is registered here. You cant imagine how many people are scaming. It starts for me even with a low quality delivery. Feels like going to the barber when he messes up your hair, asks you if you are happy with the result, and you say yes - but deep inside you are angry and crying at the same time.
Someone wrote it in the beginning of the Thread: Lessons learned. Unfortunately (and im really sorry for your loss - can totally understand how frustrating this might be, tbh. i would react the same), there is less they can do. @Proxy Cake s post: how can you just sent 400$ to a random guy without proof. Well.. Thats a bit "in your face"-like, but its the truth.

And last but not least: This post from you, writing something like: Jr. VIP are reputable.... wtf :-D It's 140$, im not reputable at all, would even Scam my Family (theoretically)
All this shows actually, that you had a bad lesson with this situation right now.
The good thing is: In the future you will be safe and cautious as hell.

I know, this is not what you want to read - sleep a few days, forget it. let it go
Even if it gets his account banned, he still has made his profit.
Some assh**** scaming that much, might be smart enough - or lets say bold - to do it again, and again.

Edit: When i opened this Thread, i saw the screenshot and grabbed my popcorn - 3 messages later, i was like: Well that escalated quickly.

Why isn't he banned, I got scammed by him yesterday for $105
They are not banned because people have not presented enough evidence to prove the events... for some reason people ignore the safety of the BHW DM features and go to the scamming TG platform.

He used Jr VIP badges to get our newcomers, shouldn't he be banned?

Sure, with the requisite evidence they should but we don’t have that evidence.

A good part of my work week is stopping people not doing the right thing but I need arrows in my quiver.
We already have a lot of evidence, what else do we need?

I sympathize with those who were scammed by that individual, but blaming BHW rules for not banning them won’t change anything. BHW has always emphasized using its DM system for buyer-seller communication. If something goes wrong, neither party can delete old chat history, ensuring transparency. However, BHW cannot take responsibility for transactions conducted outside its platform, whether on Facebook, Telegram, or elsewhere.

I know this is sort of unrelated to the post, but your friend. --- You mentioned that he had to delete his telegram for opsec, any idea why? Was he worried about feds or something else? I'm just curious, also I'm guessing that he didn't open his telegram in a secure way? Thanks

he deletes his telegram account about once monthly given that he deals with blackhat activity, so he's just protecting himself by removing his trails especially after telegram's last change of policy of sharing user sensitive data with authorities in response to valid legal requests.

I don't think such rule would help bhw's staff in any way. I mean, what if the buyer conducted the transaction on bhw using its dm system and then moved to telegram to complete the negotiation, discussion, payment, delivery, etc. for better communication experience.
how would that rule be useful for proof purposes if the rest of the deal is conducted on telegram?
the only thing that really matters is the chat screenshots for proof, imo.

The dispute thread you created may have been fine if you showed proof you interacted on the forum before the transaction.

We deal with thousands of disputes where they start on BHW and end up going to TG or another third-party entity and still mediated the event.

yeah, I understand. that was my point for disagreeing with such a rule, but to each his own.

I havent seen anyone provide any proof to open up a dispute resolution to be honest.
i understand the OP has screenshots regarding a 3rd party who he mightve scammed off of BHW, but doesnt show any relation to BHW.

"technically" it doesnt have to start on BHW if he's replied to your WTB/HAF
Threads in this section may only pertain to business that began on Black Hat World. This includes the BST, WTB, and HAF sections, as well as PMs. Business that began away from the forum (e.g., Skype, Telegram, Whatsapp, another forum, etc) is not covered.

so someone would just have to provide evidence they replied to their WTB/HAF but nobody has.
so where are all these people?
and when u message someone on TG, u dont confirm their identitiy by messaging them here too?!
