Believe me mate, it’s not even about the domains or the money anymore. The damage is already done, and I’ve lost a lot. Now it’s just about how bad they’ve become. I want to get every penny they took from me—not because I need it, but because I know money is all they care about.
When I was trying to solve things peacefully, they replied slow as hell. Now that there’s even a cent involved, they suddenly respond fast and act all serious.
I could’ve just obeyed and paid the so-called $265.14 penalty—my domains were worth way more than that. But the way they handled it—the dishonesty, manipulation, and extortion—made me prefer to lose my domains for good than let them extort me like that.

I wasted money, time, and energy dealing with them, but I’m going the extra mile to reopen the PayPal cases, just because I know these NAMEDILDO people won’t sleep if they lose a penny.
Yeah, I know it’s tough, but I sent PayPal proof they tricked me into closing disputes just to hit me with fake penalties.
Thanks, bro. At this point, seeing people move their domains away from them means more to me than getting my money back. They don’t deserve anyone’s trust or business.

I am sorry you had to go through this. On a broader note, isn't there any consumer protection given that the domains are digital assets? It should not be so easy to seize them. And a detailed due process if you violate any terms to take corrective action, limited only to the scope of that particular domain.

That’s actually a good idea, V! I’d love to do it but my Twitter account isn’t really fit for a serious fight like this—it’s full of memes and controversy . But if you or someone else with a good account can post it and the community can make it go viral, I’d really appreciate it!
Quick update: I somehow managed to reopen the disputes I closed myself on PayPal, even though their rules say once a case is closed, it can’t be reopened.
For anyone facing the same issue:
Go to Closed Cases, click on the case, scroll all the way down, then click "Report another problem with this transaction"—boom bap, we’re back in business .
NameSilo thought they could cheat the system and make the cases disappear. Now they’ll definitely email again—and guess what? I won’t even reply. From now on, I’m only dealing with them through PayPal’s dispute system. Let’s go.
Yeah, exactly. Domains are digital assets, and there should be proper consumer protection and due process before taking action. But with NameSilo, they seize first, accuse later—no proof, no warnings, and they block everything, even unrelated domains. It’s insane.

What you did to them to trigger that? Which kind of content did you hosted in your domain?
I can't send you a PM, but you should open a thread in LowEndTalk, there is more visibility about that and they might help you.
Next time if is for serious business, use EasyDNS their support is amazing and reliable.
If you will use for warez stuff, then go with Njal.la pretty fine. But if you do any kind black CPA (like Spam, Phishing, Fraud, Scam) you will be kicked off.
Njal.la / NiceNic are great stuff for privacy.
For serious take a look in EasyDNS, NameCheap, Cloudflare Domains, EuroDNS.

I agree with you on NiceNic, solid reputation so far. Never had any issues with Njal.la either. Never tried EasyDNS, but I’ve used Namecheap and EuroDNS—honestly, they’re almost the same as NameSilo in many ways.
The only difference? EuroDNS at least lets you transfer your domains instead of stealing them like those NameSilo scumbags.
DM me the type of problem you had—what kind of content, how it happened, etc. I still have a few domains with Njalla and want to be careful.

A movie streaming website, they just took the domain and deleted my account, regarding the nature of the content I didn't bother following up, but one month later, threads started appearing here about people having the same problem, just use search bar here and lookup njalla.

Now they’ve escalated their tone and are saying I stole $200 from them (See their email: https://ibb.co.com/v64JwGR8) — yes, the imaginary $200 penalty they invented. Not actual money they paid me, just some random fee they made up.
And what’s funny in that email? They told me to “take my domains elsewhere” when they’re the ones who removed them from my account, and that’s what this whole dispute is about. I swear, I think the Namesilo people are on drugs or something.
So yeah, it’s not them who stole tens of my domains and listed one for $10,000 — it’s me who somehow “stole” $200 I never even received. You can’t make this stuff up.

I didn't read this whole thread yet, but this answer is very unprofessional, it looks like a company run by some amateurs in grandma's attic. I'm glad you shared your experience here, so we can avoid dealing with them as well.

Well, to be honest, that last email was actually the least professional message I’ve received from them. Before that, they weren’t rude in terms of language.
But what really made them look like a company run by amateurs in grandma’s attic was their actions, not just their words.
If you have time to read the whole thread, you’ll see the way they run their business is way worse than anything they wrote in that last email.

How long were you with them without any issues? Do you know what triggered the problem? Are they monitoring for spikes in visits or something similar? Or perhaps someone requested a takedown through Tucows, which I believe is their supplier, since Njalla is not the domain registrar because ICANN didn't want to give them that license!

I chose Njalla because everyone in BHW was positively reviewing them and claimed they don't steal your domain, stating that they are the best. Now it turns out they do!.I hope they have a system in place that genuinely forces them to do such actions and that they don't just take domains because they want them, as some users have claimed in BHW!
So whats the solution guys, what domain registrar dont do this shit? Ideally, they should allow you to transfer the domain if they got issues with it.
