(they WILL nullroute your domain if you fail to remove content/links witihin 48 hrs, even when you're not using their hosting)

Best one's:

• http://nicenic.net/ (HK)
• https://the-online.com/ (NL)
• ourdomains (HK)
• shinjiru (MY) though they seem to discontinue domain registrations now.
• gransy / subreg (CZ)
• eranet / todaynic .com
• hexonet / 1API (DE)

Bad one's: (they suspend domains)

• njal.la
• ownregistrar (India)
• easydns (Canada)
• onlinenic.com (not safe anymore)

that's surprising. we host tons of dmca related content on namesilo, nicenet, the-online.com, ourdomain.com and never got website down. We only use their domain service. No dns, no hosting.

me too I still have other dmca related content on namesilo and namecheap. The domain was reported on both namecheap and namesilo. Namecheap only placed the domain on servhold and didnt ban my account but namesilo banned my account outrightly for the same content. No dns, no hosting for both.

Nicenic has always been banning domains I wonder why people were mentioning them. I stopped using them.

As far as I know, they resell Openprovider.

Thank you for the answers. Can you help me with which registrars are the best for online pharmacies? Specifically, those that ignore LegitScript and do not lock domains, but rather offer the option to transfer the domain. Is there a current registrar that, for example, does not automatically suspend the domain in case of a complaint, but instead notifies you and gives you the opportunity to transfer the domain elsewhere?

recently many big registrar's have appointed Grievance Officer to take down domains to various court orders (in India). Those include, godaddy, namecheap, namesilo, dynadot, porkbun, spaceship (though only godaddy has local presence in India). Also, all PDR (resellerclub) resellers, ownregistrar / connectreseller, etc follow indian court order to suspend domains any time they want with or without court order. So avoid them. Avoid njalla, Gransy sub-brands like subreg.cz, regtons, etc. Avoid 1api, as they are now part of rrpproxy, which is operated by Centralnic of UK. Avoiud tucows, enom registrar and their resellers - remember this list is only for India related court orders.

Now there are few, small registrars that I have hosted my domains that do not have appointed Grievance Officer in/for India and they are generally DMCA ignored and forward abuse notices to domain registrant.

Those safe domain registrars are: nicenice.net, the-online.com, easydns.com, and few european like OpenProvider, and Hong Kong/China based registrars are quite safe like todaynic/eranet, ourdomain, etc.

What's your thought on orangewebsite for domain? It seems they are the only one accepting xmr

they are great choice. but they are not icann-accredited registrar but a reseller (may be of Tucows) but still good.
