Trusted non-US domain registrar

Some good recommendations already in this thread. I will add that another way to avoid suspensions and bans is the snowshoe or distributed load method. Is there any reason you can't have 5, 10 or 50 domains instead of 1 (if your activities are profitable enough) and simply update the name and logo on each site? That way, when 1 domain does go down, you are not completely fucked.

I have systems to automate much of this, registration and hosting - you can PM me if you need help.

Brother, my domains are suspend for indian court order in namecheap and dynadot. please suggest me good registrar and extensuion so that they dont suspend my domains for indan court notice.
recently many big registrar's have appointed Grievance Officer to take down domains to various court orders (in India). Those include, godaddy, namecheap, namesilo, dynadot, porkbun, spaceship (though only godaddy has local presence in India). Also, all PDR (resellerclub) resellers, ownregistrar / connectreseller, etc follow indian court order to suspend domains any time they want with or without court order. So avoid them. Avoid njalla, Gransy sub-brands like subreg.cz, regtons, etc. Avoid 1api, as they are now part of rrpproxy, which is operated by Centralnic of UK. Avoiud tucows, enom registrar and their resellers - remember this list is only for India related court orders.

Now there are few, small registrars that I have hosted my domains that do not have appointed Grievance Officer in/for India and they are generally DMCA ignored and forward abuse notices to domain registrant.

Those safe domain registrars are: nicenice.net, the-online.com, easydns.com, and few european like OpenProvider, and Hong Kong/China based registrars are quite safe like todaynic/eranet, ourdomain, etc.

1. yes safe. even .to is safe, and .org is also safe. Remember, Piratebay is on .org
2. try nameisp. internetbs WAS safe, now they are part of centralnic UK group. I'm not that aware of Netim, but many members on BHW do use them.

According to your expertise, which one of the following 2 registrars is best for keeping domain (not hosting) for a adult p*rn site.

1. Namesilo

2. OurDomains

According to you which one is the best option. Especially regarding DMCA issues.

As per my personal exprience, both are best. OurDomains is HK/China based part of 22.cn company, and p*rn is not much welcomed there. But I've seen many p*rn sites registered with HK/China based registrars. You can check sites hosted on ns1.22.cn. But registering (not hosting) should be safe. You can ask their support first.

Namesilo is safe. If you are not using their DNS or web hosting, and only domains, then they do not forwarding an DMCA to you. Thousands of porn sites registered by them.

P.S. Just make sure, you have DMCA takedown online form on your site and act on the complaints and you'll be safe with any of the two.

again
my domain registered in eurodns.com was just removed from the domain list
it meant that i couldnt use that domain anymore
so becarefull for those who had domain there to play blackhat cpa

How nicenic.net for example is safe, when you register ccTLDs at them and the register is 1API GmbH which is german register. If there are complains and DMCA reports I don't think they will be ignored. What do you think?

regarding DMCA, nicenic requires your original work to be registered with copyright office so they can verify and then ask the infringer to taken down the content. Quite similarly with the-online.com, they don't suspend domains just for DMCA but if they get court order from Luxembourg court they'll ask you to transfer your domain to other registrar or suspend it as per orders. Also 1API though (was) German, it is now part of TeamInternet (centralnic) which is based in UK. 1API honors DMCA sadly just like Gandi.net and Easydns (of canada). Quite few registrars and resellers (esp in Europe) are truly dmca-ignored. But somehow they've to obey the local court orders. Like Shinjiru, they'll take down your site if Malaysian court orders it.

Thank you for the explanation. But I didn't quite understand you, so is nicenic safe for dmca content (movies for example)? If the DMCA request is sent to them it won't be enough, it will need more documents and real prove of original work together with court order so it will be taken down, right? Do they only forward the DMCA to owner of the domain?
I can see you have experience in this field. What is your suggestion on DMCA ignored domain register for movie niche?

Hi man, I admired your knowledge and helping mind. Please help me with joker.com:

Recently, I have a domain with joker.com for a video site. The domain is similar to a Czech/France company's site. They threaten me via email with a with a claim at WIPO. (hosting is offshore, I wouldn't worry). How your experience with joker? What's their action? Should I transfer the domain to some where else? (Joker forwarded the email to me via contacting page. the domain ext is .gold/.pink)

anyone has experience with joker? They now forwarded the C&D Letter to me. What should I do?

I like your way of thinking. would you elaborate?

also, do you have a plan for google serp takedown?

Update from eranet:

what will you do, when a domain is reported as DCMA copyright?23:53

If we receive a complaint that is true, we will suspend your domain name
If you are our VIP distributor, we will forward the complaint content to your email and give you 24 hours to delete the illegal content, thank you23:55

--> They supported quickly, though

Anyone interested in joker? I can update you soon...

I am a bit sad, because @jennykumar was online, but didn't answer me. lol

namesilo is not safe. They banned my account over one complaint. Atleast namecheap wont ban your account. Only tool down the site

ohh!! what kind of complaint did Namesilo received? they don't take action on DMCA (if you don't use their Hosting or DNS servers). You can DM me in private if you want to elaborate so I can update my future clients likewise. thanks.

Take down complaint from a cpa website. I've also used Nicenet and was also taken down. Are there particular registrars that ignore DMCA.

that's surprising. we host tons of dmca related content on namesilo, nicenet, the-online.com, ourdomain.com and never got website down. We only use their domain service. No dns, no hosting.
