So, these are the countries i get traffic from, and was wondering which ad network is best for this type of audience? I tried Adsterra, netpub, valueimpression and others, either they dont pay good, or dont work, or dont even accept my website. ITS ABOUT APK DOWNLOADING

Try with an AdManager network. AdManager doesn't limit you like AdSense does, and if your website has a problem, the network usually contacts you before limiting you and tells you what the problem is.
