I have seen lot of people using gold as gifting option here but the trend is not visible with crypto. What could be the reason behind this?
Crypto can also be exchanged for money in seconds.Gold is stable, crypto isn't.
Also, many people don't use crypto.
With gold, if you lack some money, you can exchange it almost everywhere.
By you, but not by some John Doe, who doesn't know anything about it.Crypto can also be exchanged for money in seconds.
that's only if you know what you are doing thoCrypto can also be exchanged for money in seconds.
Even with gold, different kind of frauds are there. There is always news of gold shops selling fake jewellery.that's only if you know what you are doing tho
you can also lose crypto within seconds too
You ain't seeing it in the bigger picture
standard common-sense knowledge of crypto isn't there
PS just because you know what Bitcoin or crypto is
doesn't mean you can navigate your way around buying and selling it.
There is a learning barrier.
it's fine to be in denialEven with gold, different kind of frauds are there. There is always news of gold shops selling fake jewellery.
Because it has been in existence for much longer. Also, other factors as you said might be responsible.it's fine to be in denial
scammers and fraudsters everywhere
but that doesn't diminish the fact Gold is always usually much more preferred and used then Crypto
