I am filing this dispute regarding a transaction where I paid $325 to

via Black Hat World for the purchase of 5 Google Ads accounts along with recharge balances. Unfortunately, the seller has failed to deliver the promised accounts, and I believe I have been scammed.

on BHW. Additionally, when I contacted the seller using a different Telegram account, they responded normally via their Telegram handle (
@AdsHub_Agency
), which suggests they are intentionally avoiding me on the original account used for this deal. The seller also sent me screenshots of our Telegram conversation via BHW direct messages, but has since stopped responding entirely for over 48 hours. I have noticed that

’s BHW account remains active and has not been banned.

I have followed BHW’s dispute guidelines by attempting all reasonable forms of resolution, including multiple contact attempts and waiting over 48 hours. I have all evidence ready to support my claim and will check this thread daily for updates. Please let me know if additional information is required.

Delivery of Accounts:

I provided the agreed-upon Google Ads accounts in the form of cookies, emails, passwords, and recovery codes as per our deal.
The buyer received all the necessary details to access the accounts.
Deleted Messages & Misrepresentation:

Some messages from our conversation are missing because the buyer deleted parts of the chat.
Since messages were removed from both sides, I don’t have full logs, but I can confirm that the buyer initially had access to all necessary details.
False Accusations & Reputation Damage:

The buyer is trying to manipulate the situation by selectively presenting information.

I request that this dispute be reviewed based on fairness and complete context, not just selective claims.

Looking forward to a fair resolution.

This is my fault. I got scammed by him as well but did not issue the dispute on here at the time. This caused you got scammed as well

I found that his BHW account closed but be careful ! there may be a lot of scammers with the backup accounts.
