Which Browser for BHW on Android?

Hi,
Maybe a silly question, but which mobile browser do you use for BHW on your phone? I tried using Opera, Chrome and Firefox but there seems to be an inbuilt ad-blocking which messes with the forum loading, and I can't seem to turn it off?

I no longer have an android but I used Edge when I did and I use that now on the Apple phone... never had a glitch or issue with them.

I usually browse the forum on desktop, but I have no issues with Chrome on Android. Just tried it again and it works fine. Maybe your internet connection is so slow that the forum is interpreting it as your device blocking the ads (because they are not loading on your device because of your slow connection).

I've been using it on my desktops/laptops for quite some time and it has a nice, smooth, clean feel to it.

I guess I view it as a rebranded Internet Explorer and I've been staying away from it based on that bad reputation of old. But my experience with it has been limited to downloading other browsers and very rarely checking how it renders something specific I'm working on.

I used to find that Chrome gets very bloated on Android, so I switched to Opera but even with the built in ad-block disabled, I have had trouble loading BHW. I use Edge on work laptop and its not too bad.

It is significantly better and different from Explorer... you are right, that is one of the worst browsers on any planet.

You should not face any such issues with Chrome, strange that you are facing such issues without any extension installed. Check once if you are using any private DNS which might be blocking ads or maybe if you are using a VPN that might be blocking ads

One thing I won't do is become a White Themer though.

I would do it for @Echo as our work crossed over a lot for a bit there and she is one of those infidels but I would use it because it is easier on her eyes.

The rest of you White Themers, you better show up with a 1969 Chevelle, blue in color with a black vinyl top and buckets.

Anything less and I'll not be able to laud and applaud you without proper compensation.

Seriously, the Iphone 16 is a much better tool than the Androids I have had and tools make your life easy.

Would never force anyone to use a white/dark theme against their eyes. (unlike most of the themist out there, understand what you feel isn't what everyone feels)
I use it for my eyes, to be fair, dark theme for BHW is much easier on my eyes then the previous one so I don't mind it all that much, while the previous dark theme, nope would rather never go on bhw again (don't give DD ideas please)

Not a huge car person, as long it works, gets me where I want, looks somewhat cool.

Makes me wanna switch from my 15, but maybe i'll get the 17 or the 18.
I know my mums 15 is having battery issues after the 18 update, going get her the 17 for sure when its out.
Mine is working fine so meh
