Help with Gambling ads

Hi, me and my team have been doing casino ads for the past year in Argentina, the way that business works here is different to the rest of the world, we make campaigns directed to whatsapp because the casinos we advertise use WhatsApp to create the users and make the transactions, they don’t use the Casino link directly like most of the world does.
The problem for the past two weeks has been that the numbers we connect from our casino owners get blocked instantly now (something that didn’t happen before) the numbers used to last 1/2 days on average before they got blocked but now they get shut down as soon as we connect it and we are not able to sell our service.
We charge per message our Casino costumers receive on WhatsApp so i wanted to ask if anyone here know what we can do to sell the messages, we have tried using landing pages but most people that click on the page don’t click on the WhatsApp number and that is a lot of money we lose, we also tried using campaigns directed to messenger and then have an automated message that gives them the WhatsApp number but that doesn’t work that well either.
Right now we are searching for CRM that we can use to have stronger WhatsApp lines that don’t get shut down but most CRM don’t accept the business we are in.

you should attach a direct link to the whatsapp group in your campaign, when customers click on the ad they will join the group
