Is this a DM from BHW - or another platform? If it's another platform, I imagine it's OK.

This is NOT allowed if he sent you a direct DM advertising something you have not asked for, report the DM.

OK. But isn't it annoying in a way?
If this is allowed then basically sellers have the licence to spam people who do not want to buy from them. Maybe some changes are required in terms of the rules governing this aspect.
This guy sent me a DM on skype. I personally think rationally this shouldn't be allowed right?

Skype is outside BHW though, so nothing to do with BHW managements.

If that is an unsolicited DM, please just hit the report button and a Mod will handle it as unsolicited DMs for services are not allowed.
If they are soliciting you off site there is nothing we can do.
Either way it is a crappy move in my opinion.
