A. It depends. Our mailer sends email directly from its in-built API so that SMTP is not required to send emails. However, we do provide unique or private SMTP credentials to our top tier users to improve deliverability. To have access to SMTP credentials or details, you have to order any of these top-tier plans: Pro, Super, Ultima, Gold, Diamond, and Platinum.
