do you promote by posting pictures/videos or posting links? i'm curious because i also manage a small subreddit, crosspost but don't post any links?

Pictures and videos, and don't post links in comments, reddit will ban you for that eventually.

I've observed when using reddit on proxy, sometimes I get some server errors, guess they have a way of spotting if an account is used on a proxy, and once it falls to that suspicious category it gets banned when those wipeouts happen. At the same time I purchased an account with high Contributor Quality Score (you can actually test it on Reddit) and this account had just two photo posts on it and some other posts from before it was purchased and NO link in bio and the account was banned too. Have you guys managed to find smth?

In my agency we did in in two ways, buying an old account with no activity, usually 2-3 years old, or creating a new one. We built up CQS score to HIGH and then start promoting the model. Yeah we came to some conclusions but none of them had anything to do with using a proxy connection.

I face the same issue. Reddit is getting worse and worse..
The problem is I can't sign up again on Reddit. They ban everything I try to create new account....

Any working strategy, to register new Reddit account and don't get banned constantly??

I created one the day before yesterday using my phone + 4G mobile connection (not proxy), I have been commenting and upvoting since the first day, no problems here

They are probably targetting proxies and VPNs

I don't believe this is true, because I have accounts that are using my phone 4G mobile connection and they we also banned.

Yes, there was a big wave of shadowbans today. From my observations, they last about 2-3 days/week, then pass. Just wait it outView attachment 420817

Do you mean you built the CQS to high with other type of content and then start posting photo and videos of the model, or you were posting photos and videos of the model and when CQS is high then you add link?

They banned my 700k+ karma profile without any warning, even I didn't share any link using it. very sad

How do you check if your acc is shadow banned?

Look up the profile in incognito mode.

Or when you login on PC you will get

" we had a server problem..."

Or you can login the account and go to reddit.com/appeal if you don't see a red banner at the top you are shadowbanned.

Yeah, even my three old accounts were banned in last 7 days .

Personally, I believe the issue hasn’t been resolved, and I’m afraid it won’t improve for a few days.

Reddit is a f*cking disaster right now. Third week in a row of having wave of account bans after wave of account bans. I even updated my journey thread recently thinking I had finally gotten some accounts up now. Literally 30 minutes after the post boom literally all gone.

I think part of it is the spamming from OF agencies, but also right now Reddit's in the media spotlight. They've had several people arrested by the FBI for making death threats about Trump, and they can't risk their platform being in the spotlight any longer so they tightened up the noose a bit. When stuff like that happens, stock prices can go down, and that's the only thing that matters to them. It was exactly like this during the election too.

They have this mode they enter where they're just banning fkn anything. I think we are in this mode again.

Hopefully it calms down a bit soon.

its because of musk, whined and complained about whitepeopletwitter, and got it banned. and apparently other subs got caught in the crossfire, on accident(or intentionally) and it was all subs that were contradictory to the right leaning views. (narcissist help, trans,,,etc) and reddit decided to clean house to remove any acc related to political, news,,etc. not just the of subs were hit, any acc that they "assume" of botting,spamming or evading is ban. even if your accounts that were there years ago you dint touch or engaged in spamming. i think they are preparing to sell reddit off down the line.

yea im laying low, im monitoring the acc that was flagged but wasnt banned, but the rest were all perma ban with no explanation other that.(i think the temp ban of one of my deleted triggered the rest. im going in just filtering out controversial subs from my feed, to see if that triggers anything. in a week or so.

I was so frustrated the morning I saw the accounts were banned. That was a wakeup call that I need to up my game
