i was shocked, it happened in the middle of afternoon, after posting with one of my old accounts as a regular user(going to subs and commenting, not botting) i was hit with a temp ban on one of my throwaways, then suddenly all my other accts were hit with the perma ban message, except one of them (i created like 10years ago) which also recieved the message, but i dint see any "banned message" not even in the appeals page(it prevents you from appealing if you have no ban in place". there is another account inquiry page, that is separate, but its better to not alert them to this account.I was so frustrated the morning I saw the accounts were banned. That was a wakeup call that I need to up my game
(i was using throwaways as a backup in case controversial subs banned me from it, apprently they went after everything)
apparently, reporting users is a double edged sword, it can totally backfire on you.
different subs are pretty finicky, they will remove your comment asap for that. apparently it puts you on a potential "filter" so your accts is pretty marked.
