I noticed that in some ads, people put random videos like a clock or some drawing in the rest of the video. Could it be to try to scam Facebook? Could someone explain to me why?

That's one way, but after Facebook scans, there's a high chance your account will still be locked, but that helps your account last longer.

That can fool Meta; I've also advised my clients to do the same.

This is their technique to bypass meta's censorship

They are advertising products that violate Facebook's policies so they add images to bypass Facebook's censorship.

Using random videos like clocks or drawings in ads can serve a variety of purposes, and it’s not always deceptive. Weird, confusing videos or images can pique viewers’ curiosity, causing them to stop and watch the ad longer. Advertisers sometimes use random videos to test the effectiveness of different types of content. They want to see if “strange” videos get more engagement than regular videos. Some advertisers may use long, looping videos to increase average viewer view time, which can improve ad metrics.

Because those campaigns are quite heavy, it is necessary to do so to easily pass censorship

It's random, sometimes it may be rejected and your account can be even suspended.
Sometimes it will be accepted and eventually rejected

this is how ad content passes fb censorship, it will be scanned soon

It's also a way to get around the Meta, but sometimes it will be accepted and eventually rejected.

It's called creative cloaking, giving creatives a cloak to bypass censorship. Very few people care about this issue and cause accounts to be disabled indiscriminately

What happens to deposit already done ? Do they return it when they block the account ?

facebook will scan about 0.5-1 second initially to see if the image and video quality matches the meta, you can hide the original video as you said

It's just an edit to avoid copyright or Facebook scanning violations.
