The problem always seems to me to be the quality of the products, some are obvious scams, even if they have a high "gravity". But how do you promote them, social, paid traffic?

They are not scam. They get approved by clickbank, I am gussing. Most of the clickbank products are targeting aging Americans population who have largest generational wealth and are least tech savy generation. That's why clickbank converts well. Also Americans has a large overweight population. So you will find hundereds of weight loss products at clickbank.

Clickbank is still the best and easy thing convert expecially health and fitness, and secondly there is a product in spirituality niche that has made me a lot of money with Instagram and automation, is a free numerology reading stuff, is killing it

Most people chase high gravity products and ignore the others. You should skim through the products to find something interesting and have a target demographic that interests in it. If you just promote random product to a random user, it may not work.

Focus on top-performing niches and quality products, skip the junk, and test a few offers before going all in.

Clickbank has its fair share of weak products, but there are good ones too. The key is picking the right niche and checking gravity and refund rates before promoting. As long as you take it with a pinch of salt, you are on the safe side.
