Limited by policy fix

Hello I run an Smm panel and my ads have been on for sometimes but recently any ads I run keeps showing limited by policy and eventually spending less that 1$ a day please any idea on how I can fix this? I already tried another ad account but same thing and it affected my 2 smmpanels
