How does buying business PayPal accounts work?

I'll need a business PayPal account soon, but what I don't understand is how it will work.

What do you do when PP asks for verification?
How do you withdraw the money since you'll need a credit card attached to the account?
Also, won't you need a business for each account? If someone is selling multiple accounts, have they made multiple businesses?

you try to withdraw money before paypal ask for verification
for credit card you can use wise or bunq they gave you many credit cards to use and link with your PP account
and when PP ask for verification you can pass it just provide the document's or find someone to help you with document's

How can i connect my website and bank account or debjt card to a new account if my account got limited? How long the new account will last? How safe is it? My account got limited yesterday for trademark and copyright infrangment. I am now trying with woocommerce stripe payment but i dont know how long it will last
