Hello All,

Recently we got a project, where we need to manage more than 50 websites in which, more than 50% of them are built on wordpress.
The work is we need to manage those and we need to update themes and plugins and if there are any customization requirements, we need to do it.

Now I want to ask from your expertise, how to make it ease or what steps do you suggest?
Also I need to submit a monthly report on traffic and SEO. Do you have any template for those which looks professional and also what plugins do you suggest?

Any expertise on these, will be helpful.
If I posted in a wrong thread, please move to correct one mods.
Thanks ♥

As You have a bulk amount of sites like 50 sites so you should not follow any readymade templates. Rather you should create your own based on those sites. You can make it easily on Google Sheets. and then just use them every month. It's one-time work. You don't need to create it every month. For managing so many sites you need to take the assistance of freelancers or assistants.

you can do some / most of these tasks with Wordpress management tools like MainWP or ManageWP (look them up in google).

for traffic you can use analytics, I am pretty sure they allow to download / send customized traffic reports...

For SEO reports... hmmm.... I don't remember what people recommended last year, but you can google for stuff like "professional SEO reporting service", or "professional SEO reporting tools", etc... and you'll find quite a few of them... Or, you can try services like WebCEO, SE Ranking, Authority Labs (hopefully I remembered the name correctly), Screpy, etc... I think these services allow for progress tracking of your SEO efforts.... well, the on-page and on-site progress anyway, I'm not sure about link building but for link building reporting you can manually type all of the links in an excel file along with the dates that they've been built / indexed on, whether or not they're d0follow, etc...

This is project management but for individual seo, web mantainance there are some plugins, but for project management there are not, you have to develop a basic plugin for this.

ManageWP has most of the options that I need. Regarding SEO report, I will defenitely check the options/suggestions you have. Thank you

Use MainWP - https://mainwp.com/ for this. You can hook in various extensions to get everything you need. Some are referencing ManageWP but that is now GoDaddy Pro and I feel it is not as good of a product unless you are using GoDaddy as the hosting.
