Yes, 5-7 times a week. Not addicted to a bulky style, I train more the endurance, energy, full dynamic trainings. I chase the density of muscle not the growth!

Yes, I work out for 2 hours every day, 4-5 times a week. Sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the evening, depending on how much sleep I got the night before.

I walk a lot (more in my house than in street). Also do push ups sometimes in my bedroom.
