Hello, Black Hat Ads means running ads that Google Ads does not allow you to run by hiding them from them.
 
At the moment if a Google account has full verification of the advertiser and is also warmed up with a white campaign for about a month for the amount of $30-40..., from what amount of daily budget you can immediately run this account on BH, 100-300-1000 dollars?

If you spend a balance of $30-40 continuously for 1 month, this account starts by spending $300 per day and this amount gradually increases.

1. what are the techniques for cloaking except blocking bots or detect vpn? like how would you know if a moderator is acceding your website for verification?
2. does cloaking work for other platforms ads as well? eg; facebook, twitter ...

1-Nowadays, it is very possible to test the authenticity of devices using JS fingerprinting. I recommend you to buy cloakers with js fingerprinting feature.
2-Yes, the logic of cloaking is almost the same on all platforms

I am making my own script in php. I managed to block users with vpn, bots, specific countries users, users who open developer console, user who access specific folders.
can u suggest some features that i can add?

That advice needs a caveat that buying accounts may be preferable for those that burn through many, if they keep getting banned. Majority of people who run google ads should create their own account first.

We are so lucky that after you ran so many successful blackhat campaigns on Google Ads, you decided to share with us not just your knowledge but also the account creation pipeline. Or was it the other way around?

I am running Gambling ads in India for a little while. As a first try, I was making the ads mostly direct to the brand, cloaking my website. On this week the brand contacted me saying that Google blacklisted their name.
So, I am on the process of warming up the accounts, but some of them are getting ban even during the white ads time.
Others, I already managed to duplicate the campaign and then start adding kw, changing titles, all time to time.
The problem here, is with all these processes I hadn't managed yet to the point where I can allow the users to go to the money page.
Any tips on how I can get through it?
I'm using JCI, and whitepagesbot to create them.
IP's of the websites all differents, i'm sure that's not the problem. Nor payment method.

How long can a BH ad last on YT? Can you do sweepstakes and gambling too? I remember seeing someone do a sex ad one too I think. I will try look for it. (edit: found multiple wtf)

Hello.
Assuming everything is hidden.
If your proxy, payment methods, cloaker settings and white pages are ready.
The problem here is related to your Google Ads account.
First, not directly on a white page, but on a completely different white page, this could be someone else's website, for example a hotel's website, make small expenditures on it.
Like $5-10.
Then create your main campaign and turn all the filtering features of your cloaker on full blast.
Even real people cannot access your site.
Then, never use aggressive keywords when creating your ad and keep your budget quite low at first.
After the ad spends 5-10 dollars on white for a few days, enter your real keyword and try to spend your big budget.
Meanwhile, if the account is banned, you can try to appeal.
