Green Links Problem in Google Search Console

Hello,

I noticed that my indexed green links are 156K on pages

and when i access to Core Web Vitals it tell me that i have only 8.3K, they getting down day by day from 40k To 8.3K

Any one have solution for this problem,

even i don't have any yellow or red links on GSC everything is going good
