Meta Ad account restricted - what do I do next?

I used to run ads from a Business Ad account, eventually some of the ads triggered the AI detection system and got my account restricted. I had a long chat with their support and they basically told me that the nature of the ads is delicate and such things may happen sometimes (it was advertising free financial markets related stuff).

They suggested that I open personal ad account and continue from there. I did it last August, never had any issues until a week ago. One day I wake up - ad account is restricted. I made a review request, attached selfie and ID - nothing.

My question is - what do I do next? I have 4-5 more Ad accounts on my name. Should I move my ads there? Meta says they don’t allow any activity that tries to bypass previous restrictions. Do they really watch for such things? You I use someone else’s account, new debit card info and so on?

You try using BM account. and use hidden link.

Use someone else's account or buy an old account. Also, don't reuse the same credit card.

If I use for example my wife's Facebook account to create an Business Ad account, would that do the job? If I do, it will be from different computer with fresh debit card.

I've also thought about getting an Agency Ad account, but the problem is that my niche is not really gray/black hat and I am spending 30-60$/day on average (not a big spender), it's just their AI making wrong assumptions. What would be the difference between agency ad account and creating a new from an facebook account, apart from the agency one being aged?

First, just give it a try. If it doesn't work, ask your beautiful sexy neighbor for her account.

No need for a new computer; just use an antidetect browser with the free plan. If needed, use a proxy. Your budget is tight, so don’t rent or buy accounts; just register a new account with a new card.

If your ad isn't "black," contact support to unlock it.

If you move ads to another account under your name, you’re asking for a chain ban, go stealth mode or get a pre-verified account

It's definitely not blackhat. I think that it being somehow financially related (contains trade, forex market, etc.. in the ad) makes the AI flag it. I haven't contacted their support after Meta declined my review request and I don't think they can do anything.

Just contact support; if it's not black, the account will be unlocked. Reviews and rejections are normal.

Any idea how to deal with this? When I click 'Contact support', it gives me an option to choose an asset. When I select my restricted account, this message appears.

Here's a little update - Managed to contact their support and I got an answer that my account is not permanently suspended, but is being checked by their review team, although the business manager page says review is done and rejected.

apeal for review ad account

I know, when contacting, choose a different issue, not disabled, for direct chat.

That's what I ended up doing. But their stupid AI kept recognizing the problem being the suspension of the account, so at some point I had to write some nonsense in order to see it as 'Ad account creation'.

What the support told me was that the account was flagged for payment issues 2 times. When I checked the dates, it really matched with when one of the cards had insufficient funds and Meta had to take them from the backup card I had provided.

During the review process, you can re-advertise on other accounts first, content that has been banned does not mean it will not be re-posted on other accounts, don't worry, or you can change content

Isn't that considered circumventing their policies?

Run ads in parallel with multiple accounts. Currently, it is almost impossible to file a complaint for unusual ban errors. Find a BM account with spending and account age of several years to operate, quite stable.

If there is still an appeal button, you can still get it back. The success rate is very high but you need tips
But there are absolutely grounds to take it back

you should use verified BM accounts business will bring stability
and can combine with hidden link

maybe your account is quite weak, you can complain
and you should use verified BM accounts that will bring stability
