Thanks for the ideas! I contacted customer support and they assured me that my account is in review. Few days passed and the account is still under review. I will not make any new accounts until the review is officially over, as I don't want to make things worse than they are.
 
Meta monitors restrictions very closely, so don't forward ads to other accounts. Try to appeal again from another device/IP, use a new payment method, and avoid logging in to the account again on the old device. If necessary, create a new BM with clean information.

When you say 'create a new BM', it means that I have to create new personal profile as well, is that correct? Because currently, no matter how many 'Business portfolios' I create, they are all under my personal account, which means they are still connected. And if I should create a new profile, should I use another device (or antidetect browser) and another debit/credit card?
