you need to become paid member (either by becoming Jr. Vip for $147 / year, or become Marketplace Seller for $749 / year) and then you open up a BST (basically a salesletter-type of thread) and - if it gets approved - you pay $30 and then your BST becomes live and people will start seeing it and asking you questions, or buying your product / service, etc
