1. No plans for a forum. I don't think I have the user base to support one. What would you expect from having a forum?

2. I update daily. I go through the items that received the most requests to update and update them, I also go through the most downloaded items and try to keep them up to date. I also update when people call me out on items, like GeoDirectory. I'll get those updated.

The "request update" feature sets a counter in my database tracking how many people requested updates. If you're the only one requesting an update for an item it might be a while before it gets updated, especially if you're the only one using it. The reason is, I have hundreds of plugins and themes with 1 update request and so many are on items that are not supported, already at their latest version, mistakenly clicked on, or whatever reason. Updates can be slow, as for any gpl site, so if you need to have the latest and greatest for mission critical websites then you should consider purchasing valid licenses.

What's not working for you? Did you install the Blocksy Theme when it was recommended? It seems to be working for me, after I installed Blocksy Pro I installed their theme. I didn't run the recommended update for the theme.

Because the focus of my service is a plugin. Some folks use the gplcellar on their local wp install for downloading, and manually upload to their websites.

You can change the gplcellar plugin meta data like the name, author, description, and logo. The plugin's folder is still gplcellar/ so if somebody were to open the wp-content/plugin/ folder they would see gplcellar even though it's rebranded to use your own meta data. If you think of whitelabel as reseller, then you will be disappointed pointed. Some folks want to treat the whitelabel as a way to resell the gplcellar plugin as their own service, and it wasn't intended to be used for resellers. It's more for agencies who manage websites for clients and want their own name to show as the plugin.

I can't reproduce the problem so I don't know how to solve it or what the issue is. I will push out the version I have installed on my localwp instance, so you should expect to see Blocksy "updated" in our catalog from today. You can try clearing your browser's cache and installing on a clean WP instance and see if that makes any difference.
